Developers, Main & Sub-contractors;
Building and/or infrastructure maintenance teams;

Rooted from P-CON Group which has been in the building assessment and survey business for more than 20 years in Malaysia and Singapore, P Con Instrumentation Sdn. Bhd. was spun out to further serve our clients to perform monitoring services within and surrounding construction sites.

Being lead with our Dr. Lim Chin Hong, a researcher and entrepreneur in construction monitoring services and sensors for more than 8 years in Malaysia. Dr. Lim and his teams including our engineer, Ir. Eddie Ng, have deployed REAL-TIME geotechnical monitoring sensors for MRT & LRT system in Malaysia.

Our Ir. Eddie Ng, is an all-rounder experienced in Civil, Infrastructure and Geotechnical Engineering with over 37 years’ experience and has been involved in numerous local and international projects in Malaysia, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia & Indonesia.

Dr. Lim Chin Hong, a graduate of the University of Durham’s School of Engineering and Computer Science with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (2010), founded Safe – T5 Sdn. Bhd. in 2017. He received funding from the Cradle Fund CIP 150 program to develop and deliver real – time instrumentation solutions for construction sites, focusing on ground and building settlement, vibration, and tilt. These solutions leverage cloud c omputing and IoT infrastructures.

Safe – T5 Sdn. Bhd. has expanded its services beyond its initial focus. It now provides comprehensive cloud – based enterprise solutions for construction project management, including:

Pre – construction dilapidation assessments
Building Quality inspections
Safety and health assessments (SHASSIC)
QLASSICS assessments

These services are currently being utilized by leading property developers and building surveyor firms in Malaysia.

Ir. Teng Soon Ng (Eddie), is a highly experienced Civil Engineer with over 37 years of expertise spanning Malaysia, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Indonesia. A graduate of the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Geotechnics, Ir. Eddie Ng is a certified Professional Engineer with credentials from Engineers Australia and the Board of Engineers Malaysia. His extensive knowledge ensures robust solutions for complex construction challenges.

He is a Chartered Building Surveyor registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Chartered Building Engineer registered with the Association of Building Engineers (CABE), UK, an incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Registered Building Surveyor with the Malaysian Association of Registered Building Surveyors (myRBS) and a Registered Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
